GOOGLE ACCOUNT INTEGRATION

Getmina.ai, operated by PurpleTalk Inc., allows users to optionally connect their Google account through secure authorization provided by Google.

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Getmina.ai to:

  • View your email messages and settings.
  • Send emails on your behalf through Gmail (e.g., follow-ups, meeting summaries, user-requested emails).
  • Create, update, delete, or list calendar events through Google Calendar.
  • Create, read, update, and delete files in Google Drive.
  • Create, read, update, and delete documents in Google Docs.
  • Create, read, update, and delete spreadsheets in Google Sheets.
  • Create, manage, and retrieve data from Google Meet video conferences.

Getmina.ai strictly performs these actions only based on direct user instructions or meeting-related automation initiated by the user.

PurpleTalk Inc. does not access, modify, or share Google user data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Users can revoke Getmina.ai's access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions.
